What Clearway does

Clearway organises recovery, roadside and vehicle transport requests and connects customers with eligible operators. The exact work and final price are agreed between the parties.

Estimates and job payments

Estimates are indicative. Vehicle condition, access, journey and availability can change the final price. Clearway does not collect, hold or release payment for an individual transport or recovery job through this platform.

Memberships

Customer Pro and transporter membership are different products. Customer Pro does not grant jobboard access. Free approved transporter accounts can access overspill; the customer jobboard requires current verification and an active transporter subscription.

Verification

A verification label records checks on the date shown. It does not guarantee an operator’s future conduct, performance or ongoing insurance coverage.

Job communication and evidence

Keep messages accurate and relevant to the job. Confirm requirements and any changes directly. Closed conversations and evidence remain part of the job record.

Before launch

Clearway’s final business terms, cancellation policy, subscription prices and contact details must be approved before this private review version becomes a public service.
