What the platform stores

Your account details, service requests, messages, vehicles, addresses, verification documents and job evidence are stored to support your Clearway journeys.

Who can see it

The public website does not show real jobs. Eligible transporters see a limited job summary. Exact addresses, contacts, photographs and private messages are restricted to job participants and authorised Clearway administrators. Verification documents are restricted to their owner and Clearway reviewers.

Emails and preferences

Verification messages confirm your contact email. Nearby job alerts are optional and use your saved postcode, chosen radius, availability and service capabilities. You can switch those alerts off in your transporter hub.

Services used

This platform uses secure email and password accounts. Postcodes.io supplies postcode locations. Email and membership billing only activate when Clearway connects its providers.

Requests about your data

Use the contact form to ask Clearway about account data. A production privacy notice with the business’s contact details and retention periods is required before public launch.
